The purpose of the Small Business Sisterhood is to provide a safe environment for its members (“Members”, “Users”, “you”, or “your”) to co-work, share information, support, inspire, and encourage each other. Members are encouraged to participate in online discussions, asking and answering questions, group chats, live courses and events, virtual co-working, and other general activities.

You are welcome to join the Small Business Sisterhood if you identify as a woman in any way that’s meaningful to you and you wish to be part of a community dedicated to supporting women entrepreneurs. Male colleagues, friends, & allies: thank you for your support, but this space is for us.

Terms of Use

The owners of this Site, Small Business Sisterhood, Pepper Makepeace LLC, Pepper Makepeace, (“Small Business Sisterhood”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) make no representations as to the accuracy, completeness, or results of any information on this Site or found by following any link on this Site.

These Terms of Use, Policies & Procedures, Liability & Conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) are an agreement between the Small Business Sisterhood and its Members. By viewing the Small Business Sisterhood website (“Membership Site”, “Sisterhood”, or the “Site”) or any information, graphics, advice or help made available on or through this Site, including but not limited to programs, products, services, opt-in giveaways, e-books, videos, webinars, audio recordings, blog posts, newsletters, emails, challenges, workshops, social media, and/or other communication, you are agreeing to accept all parts of the Terms & Conditions.

Thus, if you do not agree to the Terms & Conditions, STOP now, and do not access or use this Site.

We will not be liable for any errors or omissions in this information nor for the availability of this information. We will not be liable for any losses, injuries, or damages from the display or use of this information.

These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time with or without notice, please check back here regularly for updated information.

Users should exercise courtesy in submitting comments or materials for posting on the Membership Site. Inappropriate comments or materials would include obscene, abusive, vulgar or hateful comments; false or misleading claims about either one’s self or other Members; discrimination on any basis including, but not limited to, religion, race or sexuality; sharing of personal contact details of other Members or confidential information; content that violates intellectual property rights; content that encourages or engages in illegal activities; content that is purely for the purpose of self-promotion (excluding areas where promotion is specifically encouraged).

We reserve the right to monitor and remove any content or comments at our own discretion. This may include the removal of Members if terms and/or policies are compromised.

Policies & Procedures


It is critical to group dynamics that we are able to feel confident in our ability to be open and honest with each other. You agree to respect the privacy of all Small Business Sisterhood Members and maintain confidentiality for all current and past Members.

Promotion & Selling:

As a Member, you are encouraged to complete your profile, including links to your website and social media accounts, as well as share in the Sisters’ Café Forum to announce projects and programs you offer. You agree to refrain from excessive selling. You also agree to make clear indication when any referrals or recommendations you make or reference of software, programs, or otherwise are affiliates.

Payments & Cancellation:

When you joined the Small Business Sisterhood, you signed up for recurring payments. As a Member, you are committed to making all of the payments in full and on time. If you fail to make a payment your account will be cancelled immediately. You are free to cancel your membership at any time by emailing admin@smallbusinesssisterhood.com with the subject “CANCEL” and your cancellation will be processed. Your membership will remain active until the day your next payment would have gone through, at which point you will be removed from the membership site. You can come back any time by re-joining at the then current rate of membership.


There are no refunds. If you want to leave the Sisterhood you must cancel your payment BEFORE you next payment goes through. If there are extenuating circumstances, a request for prorated refunds on unused portions of 6-month and yearly memberships may be sent to admin@smallbusinesssisterhood.com for consideration without guarantee.

We want you to get the most out of your experience in the Small Business Sisterhood membership. If you have any questions, please email admin@smallbusinesssisterhood.com. All emails will be answered within 48 hours (Monday-Friday).

If you forget your password, click on “Lost your password?” on the login screen. You will receive an email to help you reset your password. Be sure to use the same email address that you used when you signed up.

If you experience any technical issues on the website, email admin@smallbusinesssisterhood.com. In your email, be as specific as possible about what the problem is (if something doesn’t work the way it should – explain exactly what happens) and include info about your operating system and the browser, including the version number, that you are using. Support aims to respond within 48 hours, M-F.

If any member ever says or does anything that upsets you, or something just doesn’t feel right, please email us immediately at admin@smallbusinesssisterhood.com.

Personal Responsibility:

In no event shall Pepper Makepeace and the company Small Business Sisterhood be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including, without limitation, loss profits or revenues, costs of replacement goods, loss or damage to date and information arising out of the use or inability to use, edit or maintain the Site or Site downtime. Errors, issues, loss of information or files, corrupt files or website downtime caused by changes made by a third-party designer, developer or the Member are the responsibility of the Member.

By using this Site, you agree to absolve us of any liability or loss that you or any other person may incur from use of the information, products or materials that you request or receive through or on the Site. You agree that we will not be liable to you, or to any other individual, company or entity, for any type of damages, including direct, indirect, special, incidental, equitable or consequential loss or damages, for use of or reliance on the Site. You agree that we do not assume liability for accidents, delays, injuries, harm, loss, damage, death, lost profits, personal or business interruptions, misapplication of information, physical or mental disease or condition or issue, or any other type of loss or damage due to any act or default by us or anyone acting as our agent, consultant, affiliate, joint venture partner, employee, shareholder, director, staff, team member, or anyone otherwise affiliated with the Small Business Sisterhood, who is engaged in delivering content on or through the Site.
